Phoenix Project Finalists

In August of 2023, as part of our ongoing commitment to support the development of affordable housing projects in the East Bay, we launched a widespread Call For Artists. Our aim was to invite talented artists from diverse backgrounds to actively participate in the creation and construction of the East Bay Asian Local Development Corporation's visionary affordable housing project. By reaching out to artists far and wide, we hoped to foster a vibrant and inclusive community that brings together different artistic perspectives, reflecting the rich cultural tapestry of the East Bay. Through this initiative, we wished to harness the power of art to not only beautify the space but also provide a sense of pride, belonging, and inspiration for the future residents of these much-needed affordable homes.
