The Bay Area

Mural Program

Our program aims to set high standards for public and contemporary art. We use collaborative processes to empower artists and communities to address community issues.

Community art builds bridges from concepts to physical understanding. With attention to clients' desires, beautiful murals inspire viewers.

Our Mission

The Bay Area Mural Program is a nonprofit organization of local artists dedicated to facilitating and creating public art.

Our vision is to turn bare, blighted walls into artistic gateways to the community's surrounding environment.

A teacher stands over three students in a classroom, one woman and two teenagers, who are seated at a table. The woman on the left is writing in a notebook, the boy in the middle, wearing a gray hoodie with a blue logo, is looking down, and the girl on the right, wearing a yellow hoodie, is looking down at her phone or device. The room has a whiteboard on the left, a blue wall, a bookshelf filled with books, and a door behind the teacher.
